Views that work on a narrow lot
Rowhomes and infill houses are narrow and tight to their neighbors, so camera choice matters. The views we use most:
| View | Shows | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Across the street, eye level | The facade and its neighbors | Review boards, listings |
| Down the block | Cornice and roof lines along the street | Height questions at hearings |
| Rear yard | Back extension, deck, garden | Owners and buyers |
| Roof deck | The deck and the view from it | Presales of new townhomes |
Brick, bond and trim
On an older block, the details carry the design: brick color, the bond pattern, lintels, the cornice, the stoop. We match what's on your drawings and finish list, and we ask before guessing when a detail is unclear. If the design adds a modern infill between old houses, we render both honestly so the contrast is clear.
Additions and extra floors
Adding a floor or a rooftop structure changes how a house sits on its block. We show it from the street and from down the block, where a setback roof addition may be hidden or visible. That's often the image a neighbor or a review board asks for.
Questions
Do you need a 3D model?
No. Plans and elevations are enough. A model saves some time if your architect has one.
Can you match a specific brick?
Close, if you send the product name or a photo. Exact color matches aren't always possible on screen.
Got elevations and a finish list? Send them with the views you need and the date you need them by.
