Rowhome interiors are long and narrow, often with light only at the front and back. A wide-angle lens can make them look roomy in a way that disappoints in person. We keep lenses realistic and pick angles that show depth: from the kitchen toward the front windows, or across an open stair.

Send the finish schedule with product names where you have them. For a builder selling several finish packages, we can render the same room in two or three packages from one camera.
Questions
Can you add furniture?
Yes, styled for the buyer you describe, unless you send a furniture plan.
Do you need interior elevations?
They help for kitchens and baths. For other rooms, floor plans with ceiling heights are usually enough.
