Process

How a rendering job works

Four steps with an approval at each, so big changes happen early and cheaply.

1. Brief and quote

You send drawings, finishes and photos of the block, and tell us what the images are for. We check for gaps and send a written quote with scope, revision rounds and a delivery date.

2. Camera approval

We build your building and its neighbors and send grey views from each camera. Change angles, lenses and time of day here; it costs little now.

3. First draft

Materials, landscape and light go on. You mark up the draft with comments or sketches.

4. Final images

We apply your markups and deliver the images at the sizes you need. Extra rounds beyond the quote are priced before we start them.

Drawings stay private and are used only for your job. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
